Dinner platters $9: Each day, we've got a different Blue Plate Special -- plus a new Curry, Lasagne & House Burger, and our popular Lentil Loaf -- on the dinner menu. Platters include your choice of soup of the day, garden salad with one of our 8 dressings, or our housemade salsa & chips. We also offer a variety of appetizers, salads & lighter fare. Wheat-free options: All of our menus highlight our wheat-free offerings. For example, at lunch: Mockamole (our guac made from green peas), Curry of the day, Amigo salad (with black beans, corn, roasted red peppers, cheddar cheese and our delicious lime-garlic dressing). At dinner: Dirty Nachos (big enough for two), Falafel salad (our baked patties are made with chickpea flour, and we substitute greens for the pita), or the affordable 345 (our spicy black beans, vegetable du jour & brown rice for $5). Let us know if there's a wheat-free item you'd like to see on our menu.
